Bluewave brings you the new Cruiser hybrid drop stitch inflatable kayak - combining inflatable paddle board and inflatable kayak design technology.

The deck of the Cruiser kayak is fully drop-stitched, making it super-rigid and incredibly stable once inflated due to the 1000's of reinforcing nylon stitches running through the deck chamber. The drop-stitched deck means that the Cruiser kayak won’t fold in half the moment it hits some surf or mild water like cheap inflatable kayaks do. The high volume tube sides make this kayak super-stable on the water.

This drop-stitch kayak transforms upon inflation, becoming super-strong and buoyant whilst still being easy to store and transport.

When fully inflated (max PSI of 10) this inflatable kayak offers a rigid construction, providing a stable and comfortable craft. Designed for paddling on lakes, calm rivers & at the seaside, the Cruiser makes a perfect entry-level inflatable drop stitched kayak for anyone who loves an adventure without the hassle of transporting or storing a solid kayak.

When deflated the Bluewave Cruiser kayak fits in the enclosed carry bag. The carry bag has wheels to allow easy transportation of the kayak and removes weight concerns. Alternatively, this carry bag also features straps meaning the bag may also be carried as backpack for when you want to get to those out of the way lauching spots.

The Cruiser single inflatable kayak is perfect for cruising with a light load, but also has the volume and storage space needed for longer trips. It is a great choice for everyone from beginners to intermediate level paddlers.

I rang to discuss placing an order and the friendly customer service girl was very informative and helpful. The Kayak arrived earlier than I thought it would. Both Bluewave Kayaks and the courier kept me informed about the delivery progress and delivery driver was great. I haven't used the Kayak yet, but it arrived in perfect condition. Our family has two of the Cruiser model kayaks, both of which have been excellent quality and great fun to play with. We chose this kayak in particular because the floor panel can be pressurised much higher than other kayaks at the same price. This makes the floor of the kayak very rigid, almost like an SUP. The kayaks come with comfy seats and good collapsible paddles, meaning everything you need is in the bag (and you can get it all back into the bag again with a bit of creative folding!). The bag even has wheels, what more could you want. The only thing I would say about the Cruiser model in particular is that the sides are quite low - which does make it easy to get into - so if you're going to have two adults on the heavy side (we've had two people +15stone in one of ours with no problems, but you may weigh more), then the kayak will ride a little low in the water. There are other models with higher sides that may be better for you if you think that will be an issue.
