Excellent product with outstanding customer service
Ordered last night and arrived this morning - brilliant delivery service. I haven't used this yet as it's a purchase ready for warmer weather. The price was good and much cheaper than other sellers -- including Amazon!!! All looks to be here and ready to use later in the year.

works well once secured
im usually good at mechanical things but even though i have used it several times i still have to tie it on a few times in different ways making a bit of a fool of myself when it slips off the kayak or slews sideways
i would prefere the one that slots into the scupper holes :(
